Veterans Benefits

Veterans Benefits

Veterans Benefits may be available to you and your family if you served in the United States Armed Forces.   Veterans, as well as widows and widowers of Veterans, who need help with the essential activities of daily life (dressing, walking, eating, bathing, etc.) may receive the help they need through a program of the U.S. Veterans Administration called Aid and Attendance.  The Aid and Attendance program is a needs-based program for which one needs to qualify by meeting certain financial criteria.  The attorneys of Needham Mitnick & Pollack can provide advice and can often develop strategies to enable the veteran or veteran’s spouse to become eligible to receive such financial assistance to pay for long-term-care services.
