VERA L. GOLENZER
Vera L. Golenzer, Attorney-at-law, joined Needham Mitnick & Pollack, PLC as “Of Counsel” in January 2014. Vera earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1991. From her solo practice in McLean, Virginia, Vera brings to the firm a broad range of experience in elder law, estate planning, including for small business owners as well as estate, trust and conservatorship administration. Vera is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Vera is dedicated to providing professional, effective, and compassionate representation to each and every client, tailored specifically to the client’s individual needs and goals.
Vera serves regularly as a Guardian Ad Litem for incapacitated adults in the Circuit Courts of Virginia. She is a member of the bars associations of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Fairfax County. She is also a member of, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council, and the McLean Estate Planning Council, where she served on the Board of Directors from 2009- 2012.
Having sent their two children off to college, Vera and her husband of thirty-one years, David Miller, now share their home in Vienna, Virginia, with their two German Shepherds. Vera is active in her church community, Our Lady of Good Counsel, in Vienna and serves on its Parish Council.
