The Law Firm of Needham Mitnick & Pollack, PLC
The law firm of Needham Mitnick & Pollack, PLC was formed in March 1997 by Helen Cohn Needham and Judith A. Mitnick. Helen had been practicing law since 1968 and Judy since 1971. Susan K. Pollack started her law practice, as a second career in 1995. She merged her solo practice with Helen and Judy in October 2001 thus establishing Needham Mitnick & Pollack PLC. The combined years of legal experience of the three partners totals far more years than we care to mention.
The Experience of the Attorneys at Needham Mitnick & Pollack
While their depth and breadth of experience covers many areas of the law, the three partners of Needham Mitnick & Pollack, Helen, Judy and Susan, and our “Of Counsel” attorney Vera L. Golenzer, have chosen to concentrate the firm’s practice in three areas – Elder Law, Estate Planning and Special Needs Planning (including Medicaid/Asset Protection Planning). There is a tremendous need for guidance and assistance with this and we believe that we can make a significant impact on the lives of those who come to us for advice.
The vast experience of the four Attorneys at Needham Mitnick & Pollack, PLC with those who are aged or ill makes us acutely aware of the real life problems that can affect all of us. We carry this knowledge into our work with younger and healthier Clients.
